Worship Choir: Our worship choir is open to anyone high school age and up. This choir leads the worship in our 10:30 a.m. service and is the primary choir for all special events. Each year this choir presents a Christmas Musical Celebration, an Easter Pageant and a Freedom Celebration. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. in the choir room. Audition not required. Directed by Dr. Joe McClellan.
Worship Orchestra: This instrumental group is open to anyone high school age or older. This group accompanies the worship in the 10:30 a.m. service. They meet for rehearsal at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings in the fellowship hall. Audition is required. Directed by Glenda Jones.
Praise Team: This is an auditioned ensemble of singers that help lead worship in various capacities on a weekly basis. They typically sing in the Sunday 8 a.m. service and the Sunday evening service. Directed by Dr. Joe McClellan.
Women's Ensembles: There are a number of women's ensembles that help lead in worship on various occasions throughout the year. These ensembles are auditioned. Directed by Debi Schaeffer.
Praise Choir: This choir is open to anyone 55 or older. This choir leads in worship on Sunday nights about once a month. They rehearse on Fridays at 9:30 a.m. and often sing in nursing homes or retirement centers after rehearsals. Directed by Dr. Joe McClellan.
Student Band/Praise Team: This ensemble is open to all students in middle school or high school. They lead in worship on many Sunday nights and in the Wednesday night Youth gathering. They meet for rehearsal on Sundays at 4:30 p.m. Directed by Isaac Davis.
Children’s Choir: This ensemble is open to anyone grades 1-6. They rehearse on Sundays at 6 p.m. in the choir room. Directed by Antoinette Gingras.
Special Music Opportunities: In addition to the various ensembles, there are also opportunities for those interested in singing/playing in the special music ministry. Since this typically consists of a solo or very small ensemble with little to no rehearsal time with the music staff, participating in this capacity is by audition only.
